About Us
Our work is a labor of love, involving manual harvesting and meticulous sun-drying, honoring age-old traditions.
Regardless of the type of salt, its essence remains consistent, blending minerals and organic elements.
The coarse Grey Salt harvest occurs in the early hours of the morning as the sun rises, and in the late afternoon after the Flower of Salt has been harvested.
We are always in awe of the marvels that the salt harvest brings, when we extract the salt from the crystallizer (oeillet).
The scent of flowers carried by the wind, the freshness of organic clay, the presence of seaweed, and the brine from the ocean create a unique sensorial experience.
Like a bridge connecting two shores, after the manual harvest in the salt marsh, we proceed to the workshop, where the salt is meticulously sifted and selected on a simple yet effective production line that we have refined over time.
All dedication is focused on harvesting and producing the famous Guérande Sea Salt, used in well-known French restaurants and worldwide.
